Merry Christmas

This christmas was amazing. I am so blessed to that I got to spend time with my family and friends. Even though it felt like it was a short trip to GA least I was able to go. Santa was too good to me. IM showing off my new Hunter boots at the end. Hope everyone else had a lovely christmas.

 

Family time

I had such amazing time this past weekend when some of my family came to visit. Fall has turned out to be pretty amazing here. I got to share a wonderful, beautiful time with them. Saturday we went out Carters Mountain to the apple orchard and then to Monticello to the Thomas Jefferson House and did the tour. It was so pretty out there and extremely interesting. We went and picked some apples and had a good time. I also got one of these pretty pumpkins! We were rushing to make it to our scheduled tour time at Monticello, but we made it barely. Im glad we made it because it was a good time. After Monticello Court and I went and saw Milo Greene at the Southern (will be another post on that). Sunday we went out to Washington D.C. My mom has never been before and I figured why not take them out there. We drove to Fairfax and rode the Metro. WHOA metro was super confusing but we made it!! It was so funny because we didnt even get out to DC til 4pm so we did some extreme rushing through places, however it was really fun!. We went to the Smithsonian for a hour then to National Gallery of Art for a hour. Least my mom got to experience a little bit of it. We walked to the Capital Building and then over to the Monument.

Kallie & Kyles Wedding!

This past weekend was a special weekend because my little brother got married. It was a small, simple, but perfect wedding. We all had alot of fun! I am so happy for Kallie and Kyle. Currently they are on the honeymoon and I hope they are having a blast. I made a little video composed of different clips I took at the wedding. Since I was a bridesmaid I wasnt actually able to record the wedding part, but I have clips before the wedding and at the reception. I cant wait to see the professional pics tho.

Today is my lovely parent's 27th anniversary... Arent they just precious!!

I think I can speak for both my sister and my brother when I say we have been extremely blessed to have such lovely parents. Im so proud/blessed that my parents have been extremely happy together. I remember growing up and just being so lucky to have parents that stayed together. I hope to one day (not anytime soon) follow in yals footsteps. Congrats on 27 years! I love yal! I hope yal have an amazing day!
