Elephant painting

I love elephants and I think they are perfect for a nursery! I recently painted a elephant for a coworker of mine who is expecting soon! It turned out so cute and its perfect for a baby boy! Moe the elephant is 11x14 mixed media.

Mixed media Dove painting I painted for my moms birthday. With her favorite scripture verse I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me - Philippians 4:13.

Dream Catcher Painting

I finally painted a dream catcher, which I am super excited about and WILL do more of. I have wanted to paint one for a long time, but wasn't exactly sure how I would do it since I do mixed media paintings. Its crazy how ideas just suddenly hit you. I mean I was literally in the kitchen making some coffee when I was looking a the coffee container and realized how I could do it using that as a template. Anyways I love how it turned out. I just wish I could find some where in Charlottesville, VA to display my works! If you know of anywhere let me know. This painting is  a 16x20

A new painting by me :)

So here is a new painting I did. Its an abstract-like painting but with alot of vivid colors. I would love to know what you think because its kinda a trial and error. Im exploring new techniques and styles, but still trying to be true to me.... so hope you like.
